CANCELLATION POLICY By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the summit and you be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to email@example.com. Registration cancellations received up to 60 days or more prior to summit will receive a full refund, less a $120 handling fee. Registration cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to the summit will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations 30 days or less prior to the summit dates; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. Dinner tickets will not be refunded if delegate participation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the function. A full refund is provided if cancelled 14 days before the function.
